I had an appointment this morning and while I was
waiting, I grabbed a USA Today.

They evidently are are starting a new series that
follows five entrepreneurs who are starting new
businesses even in what many consider an economic
downturn.

Not these folks.

They are taking their destiny into their own
hands.

As a new Probate investor, you might face some
of the same challenges as these people will.

The one thing they all agreed upon was that,

For most folks, when they first hear about Probate
Real Estate they see very quickly how much sense
it makes.

In a nutshell, when heirs inherit houses there
is generally more than one person involved.

So in order for the heirs to divide up the
assets from the estate, the easiest way to do
it is to sell each asset and divide up the proceeds.

This is why the heirs are so eager to sell their
house and this is what makes the Probate Real Estate
business so attractive.

When I began writing out my goals back in November for
2010, I decided I would like to have one overriding
theme for the year.
