I have received several questions about the new Probate course that Preston Ely released in the past few days. Most of you want to know what are my thoughts and for the substantially extra money what do you get in his that you don’t get in mine.

First of all, let me state I have not seen the whole course so it would not be fair for me to comment on the content.

I have however listened to the promotional videos and I think I can safely say we have a different style.

Maybe I should strike the word “Safely”.

We definately have a different style.

I don’t wear hats.

My question to Mr. Ely would be this “What is your end product?”

Plain and simple and to the point.

I have seen two prices quoted, $297 and $2497, but there must be different products he is offering.

And that IS my point………

You see, today the online strategy for many online marketers is to offer an inexpensive product, say an ebook, and then take you up the ladder with more and more “must have” products, seminars, coaching, videos, membership sites etc. etc.

You’ve been there right?

So that’s why my question is “what is your end product”….if I buy your Ebook is everything I need to know contained within it?

Or do I have to buy the videos, the coaching, the seminars etc.

Now let me very clear….I have nothing against the additional products as long as they ASSIST me with the implementation of the original product.

I don’t want stuff left out of the original product so that I am almost required to purchase more and more and more.

So that’s the question I would ask if I were considering Mr. Ely’s course.

Make sure you know what you are getting into.

I am sure over the next few day’s, if you are on other RE Investment mailing lists you will be bombarded with promotions for this course.

That’s the nature of the internet, you promote me and I will promote you.

Nothing wrong with that as long as the product is good. That’s why you have seen me promote only three products over the last three years…..I make certain about the validity of the product BEFORE I will tell you about it.

So just make sure you look at the total picture before you jump.

I think I can pretty safely say that the reason my course is consistently rated #1 on the Internet for Probate is because of value.

I got many questions about how to finance the properties, what to do if you had credit issues, how to be certain you could sell the property after you bought it, etc. etc.

Do you think if you called ten to fifteen CPA firms over a couple of hours you might get a few or fifty interested buyers for your yet to be bought property?

I guarantee you will.

Their “guaranteed success” and “vast experience” claims seem a little ridiculous, don’t you think?

I guess their experience tells them a very small percentage will hold their feet to the fire so they get away with the outrageous marketing copy.

I’ve had some questions concerning how this current Real Estate market is effecting Probate investing.

More specifically, does the glut of foreclosures mean good Probate deals have gone away.

My answer is……

Not at all.

As a matter of fact, it absolutely helps.

With prices dropping, the estates inheriting the properties are becoming pre-conditioned.

Because of the lowering of prices, they know they are going to have to accept less so when you submit your offer they are much more likely to accept it.

So right now becomes an excellent time to be working fast and furious in Probate.

The sun is shining on Probate investors.

Let me tell you a story.

On Dec. 18th, 2007, The Darling Bride Sharon, received a call concerning an order that the caller wanted to place. He did not want to do it over the phone but rather asked if he could mail us a check.

She said sure he could and gave him the proper address .

His check arrived on the 21st and his order was shipped out on the 22nd.

That’s almost exactly five months ago.

We never heard from our Texas friend again……

until last week, that is.

Last Tuesday, exactly one week ago today, I received an email from our ol’ buddy Tommie and he outlined what he had been doing in those five months.

My jaw dropped open.

I couldn’t believe what I was reading.

The boy is a house-a-fire!

He is rollin’.

I was so impressed with what he has accomplished in five months that I immediately called and asked him to see if he would give me permission to forward his email to all of you.

I wanted to use it exactly as he wrote it…not leaving out a thing.

The good and the bad…….

He said boy howdy, that was OK with him.

Hello thought that I would let you know how I was doing so far with the probate book that I purchase from you. I have enjoyed reading the two books plus listening to the three CD that came with it.
Well I have purchased five mobile homes at a very low price at $500.00 ea. Clean and repairing floors having, the wiring checked out.
I have made $5000.00 each, not bad for six months worth of work. Also I have taken that money and purchased two probate homes at $5000.00 ea. And sold them for a grand total $80,000 together for the market area here is at a low.
I have bought one and a half acres for $3,000 which the lady lives in NC and had it cleaned up, put a mobile home on it and other thing spent about $8,000 sold that for $65,000. The way I found this was the title companies here in Marlin, Texas they where so nice in helping me getting this property.
I enjoy reading your emails they help pass the time at work for as flipping home that maybe down the road but I am happy doing what I like now.
My brother thought I was crazy that I started doing this type of work which I doing part time and on my days off. I work evenings from 3:30pm to midnight Saturday to Wednesday, off Thursday Friday I’m a ward clerk for the VA Hospital.
