“Gayle the New Buffet?”

Have you noticed what Warren Buffet has been doing over the past few weeks?

First he began by investing five billion dollars in Goldman-Sachs.

Then he came right back just a couple of weeks later and bought almost three billion dollars of General Electric stock.

That’s almost eight billion dollars he invested in these two companies in about one month.

Whys he buying when everybody else is selling?

What does he know that everybody else doesn’t?

Obviously, he didn’t get to be the world’s richest person by making stupid moves.

In my opinion, there are a couple of things he knows.

1. The very best values are available when the market is depressed.

2. The American economy will recover.

I guarantee you he doesn’t believe these facts, he KNOWS these facts.

So he knows the best time to invest in the stock market is right now.

“So Ron, are you telling us to stop investing in Real Estate and get in the stock market?”

No, not at all.

I’m saying these same two facts apply to Probate Real Estate.

The very, very best time to purchase Probate Real Estate is when the market is flooded with properties and the prices are low.

Do you think right now might be that time?

Do you think that the heirs know they cannot get the prices they could just two years ago?

Do you think they still want to get rid of these inherited properties and get on with their lives?

Do you think they might be willing to take back contracts if they can get a price that is closer to their asking price?

I’ll guarantee you the answer to all those questions is a resounding YES!

Gayle’s idea was to get the property at a bargain and hold it until the economy recovers.

Sounds to me like she’s a budding Warren Buffet.

series and loved it but that was as her deal was closing.

So you may not have the same money as our boy Buffet does, but you can certainly benefit from watching what he doing.

Sounds to me like the overworked saying “Buy low, sell high” still applies.

At least for Gayle it does.

By the way, here’s some facts about Mr. Buffet.

He still lives in the same house he bought forty years ago for $31,500.

Even though the 38% of Berkshire-Hathaway that he owns is valued at approximately $36 billion, he only takes a salary of $100,000.

He still often dines at McDonalds.

Seems unlike some of his Wall Street brethren, he’s still got his head screwed on straight.

Maybe we’ll be reading the same things about Gayle soon.
