Probate can be one of the most lucrative segments of the
Real Estate investing market. There are many reasons for
this and here are some of them.

-MOTIVATED SELLERS Persons who have inherited Probate
property want and need to sell them quickly. Many times
money is needed to pay off existing debt such as back taxes
so the heirs will be very interested in making a quick
discounted sale. Also when there are multiple heirs
involved they need the money from the sale of the house
so they can split it among them.

-UNLIMITED INVENTORY The inventory for Probate is HUGE.
Many say its larger than foreclosures and it probably is.
But whatever the number is, it’s almost unlimited and it
replenishes itself everyday. You will never run out of
potential leads.

-NO COMPETITION Very few folks know about Probate Real
Estate so there is almost no competition. While other
investing strategies come and go, Probate has remained
the same for the last 20 years. But because it involves
a legal term, Probate, many potential investors have
stayed away thinking it is too involved and complicated.

-HIDDEN TREASURES Most houses are sold “AS IS” meaning

In his classic book “The Science of Getting Rich”, Wallace Wattles states,

“Studying the people who have gotten rich, we find that they are an average lot in all respects having no greater talents and abilities than other people have. It is evident that they do not get rich because they posses talents and abilities that others do not have, but because they happen to do things in a certain way.”

He later states,

“If getting rich is the result of doing things a certain way, and if like causes always produce like effects, then any man or woman who can do things in that certain way can become rich, and the whole matter is brought within the domain of exact science.

“The question arises here as to whether this certain way may or may not be so difficult that only a few may follow it. As we have seen, this cannot be true (as far as natural ability is concerned). Talented people get rich, and blockheads get rich; intellectually brilliant people get rich and very stupid people get rich; physically strong people get rich and weak and sickly people get rich.”

He closes chapter Two by saying,

“You may be the poorest person on the continent and be deeply in debt. You may have neither friends, influence nor resources, but if you begin to do things in this way, you must infallibly begin to get rich, for like causes must produce like effects. If you have no capital, you can get capital. If you are in the wrong business, you can get into the right business. If you are in the wrong location, you can get into the right location.

“And you can do so by beginning in your present business and in your present location to do things in the certain way which always causes success. You must begin to live in harmony with the laws governing the universe.”

Now some of you may be inclined to dispute Mr. Wattles and say he doesn’t understand your circumstances.

But understand this book was written in 1910 and is the basis for every wealth attracting book, course and seminar that has been written since then.

This is the “GrandDaddy” of them all.

His conclusions are universally accepted by everyone who has ever implemented them.

That’s why I thought it was so important that I include a copy of it in every “Seminar in a Box” package.
