“A Nice Problem To Have!”
I was talking with my friend Rob Russell yesterday
and he tells me he has more buyers than he can find
houses for….nice problem to have, huh?
You do you remember who Rob is, don’t you?
Just in case you forgot, he was one of the folks who
spoke at my first Probate Mastery Conference and he’s

“37-6 Is OK!”
Some of you wanted to know what in the world last
weeks message about the passing of my neighbor Terry,
had to do with Probate Real Estate.
Well, indirectly, it had everything to do with it.
You see, as a Probate investor, you only need to solve
one simple problem.
You need to help the estate get rid of the property they
have inherited so they can get on with their lives.
More specifically, you need to help the PR. It’s a tough
job and no one ever wants it so any help you
can offer will be appreciated.
That’s it. End of story. Learn to do that and you’ll
be a big time Probate investor in no time.
So while my message last week was all about taking time
to become interested in your family, friends and neighbors,
the same lesson applies to your relationship with the
Personal Representative.
The more the PR feels you are genuinely interested in
them and their problem the better chance you have of
putting a deal together.
This is why I have told you in the past that I take
all the time necessary to talk with the PR at my
first meeting. We talk about any and everything.
I get to know them pretty well before we even start to
talk about the house.
Incorporate that one little tip and watch your business
skyrocket.
Talk about skyrocketing, remember I told you about Corey,
one of my Students who attended my Probate Mastery
Conference? So far this year he has completed 4 deals
worth about $35,000 for him? Well, he emailed me on
Thursday and he’s about to close on his fifth.
Way to go Corey!
I’ve had Lot’s of questions about if I would ever hold
another one of these conferences since the first one
was so well received.
