Hey , Ron Kevin pullam here. I wrote to you last month and explained how after all that wishful thinking taht I got off my you know what and the program netted me a $20,000 contract. Well I did not get the $20k due to appraisal #s but I did get 10k (yeaaah) just in time to pay my familys rent and get ready for school supplies. Thats all good. But check this out the lady of the the property I found a buyer for refered me to her next door neighbors , who are elderly and guess what . We close on their house on the 26th of July 2010 for another $10,000 so I did get my 20k in one month . Cha ching big time. Thanks for your inspiration (We ) really appreciate it. I feel great, I started working out again, my spirits are up my mind is peaking with fresh ideas. I sent some letters that I wrote to some attorneys and today I got a call from a lady who wants to sell me 7 of her condos that are ina affluent area in Houston. Well thats all for now. I GOTTA GET BACK TO WORK.

but I have been extremely busy and it keeps slipping my mind.

you sent it seems like a perfect time) to talk about my

I have closed 4 deals. That might not seem like a lot
but the amount of money I have made is. The amounts total
more than $35,000. My last deal alone I was in and out of
it and made $15,000.

The reason I have had success with you system is I’m

You might also note Corey references a training he attended

If you receive email on a regular basis, you’ve
probably gotten one that says “I made $127,491 in
14 days! You can do it too.”

Now when I first started getting those, I thought “Who in
their right mind would believe that garbage?”

But since I’m still getting them 5 years later, the answer
must be “Somebody must believe them!”

Amazing!

I did the math and if you worked for 24 hours straight
for 14 days with no sleep you would make $379.44 per
hour.

I don’t think anyone would actually suggest you do this
but if you did at least your loved ones would have enough
money for a REALLY nice casket!

The reason I bring this up is recently someone emailed me
and said they only had a few hours each week to work on
their Probate investing and they were wondering if that
was really enough time to put anything together.

My first question to them can you find 7 hours per week,
one hour each week day and two hours on Sat? Take Sunday
off and head to the church of your choice to talk with
your partner.

My student said she had way more hours than that if she
cut back on some of her TV time.

My next question was would she be happy if she worked
all year for just one deal.

Naturally she said, “It just depends on how much money
I would make”

She said if she made $20,000 that would make it worth
her while. Heck, she’d even go for $10,000.

So I said, “Would $27/hour be worth your while?”

“Absolutely!” she excitedly answered.

“Well guess what? I just outlined your personal
coaching program.” I told her.

If you just work 1 hour per day, Mon-Fri and 2 hours on
Sat and you can only put together one deal in 12 months
that makes you $10K, you will have made $27.47 per hour
for your work.

“I CAN DO THAT!” she said in all caps.

Now for some of you, I know $27/hr is not very much.

But I also know for many of you that’s a huge number.

$10,000 would make a gigantic difference in your families
lives.

It might mean you can finally get a decent car.

Maybe you could use it to make a down payment on your
first home. (You DO know how to locate great deals in
Probate homes, don’t you?)

Maybe it means a trip to Grandma and Grandpa’s so they
can see their grand babies for the first time.

I don’t know your dream.

I don’t know what your personal motivation for making
extra money is but I DO know this:

IF YOUR MOTIVATION IS STRONG ENOUGH YOU WILL
GET IT DONE!

That’s a fact, Jack!

So rather than bore you with another story about how
you can “Make Millions in Months!” lets just talk about
reality.

How about an extra $10,000 next year? Would that make a big
difference in your life?

If your answer is no, then delete this message an check out
the ones headlining “Millions in Months!” I can’t deliver
on that.

However, if you can answer yes, then I CAN deliver.

Now don’t get me wrong, I have plenty of testimonials
from folks that have made way more than that. But they
put in more than 7 hours per week also.

So just remember Ron’s wisdom of the ages,

“There ain’t no free lunch!”

Just get a plan that fits your needs and stick to it.

and achievable plan because I have seen so many successes
