Each and every day, I receive between 250-300 emails.

Many are from my subscribers who are asking questions
about their Probate business and those get my top
priority.

I’m dedicated to answering all within 24 hours and
I can proudly say we are pretty successful with our
commitment to you.

Oh yeah, if you have ever wondered about who answers,
they are all answered by either the Darling Bride, Sharon
or me. I know the accepted policy for most internet
marketers is to hire what is called a “virtual assistant”
to do all this work but we are a little old school
around here and we prefer the personal touch.

From the feedback I get, you do too!

Since I see all the messages, I have pretty good
finger on the pulse of all real estate investing courses
and teachers…….like they say “the GOOD, the BAD and
the UGLY” and some are REAL ugly!

Here’s one of the common questions I get all the time….

“I bought a course on short sales about six months
ago and I’ve been working on it every week and it seems
to be really, really hard. I can’t seem to get the banks
to respond or when they do they want stuff I have already
sent them. Is Probate any easier to close deals
than short sales?”

Sound familiar to you?

Well, Bobbie Joe, Probate is WAAAAYYYY easier than short
sales.

So if I can see the little wheels in your mind turning,
the next question is “Why isn’t everyone doing Probate
instead of short sales?”

Here’s MY answer…..

Short sales have gotten more publicity….everybody knows
about them and very few know about Probate.

The other thing is when a person has to sell their
home like in a foreclosure, there is lot’s of emotion
and drama…..and if you haven’t noticed, us Americans
have become addicted to emotion and drama…….just
watch your average TV show or newscast for about 10
minutes.

So the next question I get a day or two later is
what’s the best way to learn Probate.

Well paddnah, you’ve asked the right cowboy!

I’ve got three basic ways I teach probate investing and
each works really, really well, depending upon how
you learn best.

Second is my dvd series that shows me actually doing
a Probate deal….start to finish. This is now my most
popular product and I think it’s because it’s visual and
many of us, me included, like to see how things are done
rather than to just read about how things are done.

And finally, there is my twice yearly Probate Mastery
Conference. I probably shouldn’t call it a Conference
but rather its more like intensive personal coaching.
We only take 10 folks.

I do this school twice each year, Feb and Sept and this is for

One more thing….over the weekend I signed the contract
with my video recording company and they will be filming

I’m sure after viewing these you can see what a
great wealth of knowledge Patrick has.

A couple of years ago, I wrote an email I called
“Flying Squirrels” and that got more response
than any message I have ever sent.

In that mail, I talked about the squirrels that live
in the 100 year old oak tree in our back yard. I have
arranged my office so I can look directly out the window
and see this tree and the little guys scurrying about
all day.

One day I noticed one of my little buddies was hesitating
in making a long, long jump from one branch to another that
was quite a distance away.

Finally after a minute or two, he made the leap to the
new branch and raced out of sight.

Watching this made me think, “How did he make his
first leap ever?”

You know, when he was a couple of months old and
saw his older brothers and sisters making these jumps,
what gave him the courage to make his first one?

Were Mom and Dad on the ground ready to catch him if
he missed? Did they call the local squirrel fire
department to bring over the squirrel nets just in
case? Did he have a safety harness wrapped around
the trunk of the tree?

Naaaaaa!

I don’t think so.

Here’s my theory… he saw others do it so he decided
he could do it too.

OK Ronbo, what’s your little story got to do with real
estate investing….or any new journey you might be
thinking about?

Well, I think EVERYTHING!

You see, I get lots of emails that say in one form or
another that while they believe all the testimonials
I send out about others making money with Probate
Real Estate even in today’s economy, they don’t think
they can.

They believe the folks I write about possess some unique
quality, have some special skill, maybe be even wear
a magic decoder ring that gives the bearer special power
…..in other words my successful students have something
that the new person does not.

Not true!

However, the successful investors all do have one thing
in common.

They made that first jump without having a safety net.

Yep, just like Mr. Squirrel they took a little risk…
they took their first step without 100% certainty that
they would succeed.

They saw others doing it so they decided they could to.

So that’s why I continually send you stories about others
who are doing quite well with their real estate investing.

I hope that you will relate to them and it will give you
the courage to make your first jump.

Heck, yesterday, I even sent you a video of a pretty
successful friend of mine.

Did you watch that?

Did you pick up on what a nice and gentle person Patrick
is?

Did you notice he didn’t have any fancy suit and tie…
just the kind of shirt we all wear on on casual days?

Did you see he’s kind of a “What you see is what you get”
kind of guy? Just a true North Carolina gentleman hangin
out at the local Starbucks sipping an iced coffee on
a Wednesday afternoon and talking to you about some
things he’s learned by taking that first jump.

And he made that video all by himself…..propped up his
camera on a table and starting sharing information with
you in hopes that might encourage someone watching…..
and he gave you some pretty valuable stuff.

something….what special quality do you think Patrick

Now don’t think I am in anyway putting my friend down
because I’m not…..I’m just trying to encourage you to
think if someone has a very successful RE investing
business today, as we speak, why can’t I?

I did notice a nice ring on his hand but it didn’t
seem to have any Batman qualities!

Anyway, take a look at Patrick’s latest tip on financing
