“Economic Relief From Ron!”

It was just 13 months ago that I offered my most original
product ever.

Many of you had asked for more information about the Probate
Real Estate process so I decided to produce a DVD series
actually showing me going through an entire transaction.

So I took our camera crew to the courthouse and actually
filmed The Darling Bride Sharon researching Probate files. We
used our little Flip video camera as the security guards were
pretty freaked out when we asked if we could
take in our shoulder mounted cameras…..not a chance….
as a sidelight….what goes on in a local courthouse that
shouldn’t be public information anyway???

But that’s a no win argument, right?

So we got the file research on video, we showed me
inspecting a home that was in Probate, we showed
me interviewing a Personal Representative of an
estate, we showed how I access property information
on line via my title companies web site, etc. etc.

When all was said and done, and edited, we ended up
with 4 hours of the best Probate Real Estate training
available. The only thing I could do better for you is
if you flew out here to Portland and spent two or
three days by my side while I did a deal……but we’d
have to charge just a couple of bucks more for that
kind of personal mentoring,wouldn’t we?

So I was not surprised when we released the “Seminar-In-
A-Box” DVD series in the Fall of 2008, we were overwhelmed
with requests.

Seems to me we sold almost 200 packages the first week.
That’s a pretty impressive number for a guy who does not
orchestrate these massive launches that I am sure flood your
inbox everyday promoting the latest and greatest…..
and they all start out with “my good friend so and so
is finally revealing his secret….” sound familiar?

No, I just work with my group of folks who follow my
newsletters each week.

So anyway, back to the DVD series.

I started getting emails this past summer that seemed to have
the same message.

“Ron, I really want to get into Probate Real Estate as you
have proven to me its a rock solid strategy and not just
another “hit of the month” but quite frankly it’s just not
in my families budget for me to spend the $300. Anyway
you could give me discount?”

While I’m very understanding of how much many of you
are impacted by today’s economic conditions and your
desire to improve your financial situation, it would
not be fair to have one price for some and another price
for others.

However, I forced myself to sit in a corner until I could
come up with a solution and since I’m now writing to you,

We converted the DVD’s to digital videos. Now that’s a
pretty simple sentence but the process to get them online
was not quite that simple……but I’ll spare you the
details.

So what we now have is the exact same content that the DVD’s
contain but now there is no physical product and they can
be viewed online at any time you like.

Kinda like a YouTube video on Probate Real Estate….except
this is a really, really big video……the entire package
takes four hours to view.

Well, it means I can dramatically reduce the cost because
I don’t have the same costs to actually produce the products
nor do I have to have the orders full-filled or shipped.

I can pass all these savings on to you.

So in Jan of 2010, I will be offering the video series
to everyone.
