This is the time of year where our in box gets
flooded with emails that start with “Happy New Year”
and the author sounds like he/she has known you since
high school.

Well, I like to be a little different; I wish you a
Prosperous New Year!….and I’ve only known most
of you a short period of time….five years at most.

I spent a little time in the dentist’s office last
week and while I was waiting for Dr. Dan, the Demon
of Pain, just kidding, I picked up this newspaper
that had an article written by an astrologer.

Now let me admit up front I don’t know diddly about
astrology but the guy writing sure seemed to. He used
terms like “Warrior Mars and Passionate Leo” and I was
duly impressed.

In the first paragraph, he wrote that 2012 was going
to be a bang up year and from the tone of his writing
it sounded like he thought everybody in the world
already knew that.

Ok buddy, I just got the memo but it sounds good to me!

But here’s the interesting part: He says 2010 is
going to have “motivating planetary alignment” and
this bodes well for us. He says this will give us high
energy and be the start of this upward movement to
2012.

So 2010 will be the start of this great movement
towards 2012 and we should expect a good year.

I’m for that….I have already written on the cover
page of my planner “The Great Year 2010!”

I’m planning on it!

But here’s the catch as I see it.

If you want 2010 to be different than 2009, you need to
DO something differently…..and that’s the hard part.

You see all the emails you get for the new books,
seminars, courses, boot camps and even the dreaded
TV infomercials disguised as interviews by famous
personalities that promote $19.95 books that
somehow turn into $7500 coaching programs……
they all sound pretty legit.

So how do you make an informed decision?

He’s a hint. Google the author’s name….

See what other purchasers have to say about the
author.

And check out what they have “expertly” promoted
before.

You’ll generally find some interesting comments.

Here’s an example, if you are thinking about buying
some material on Probate Real Estate, Google the
author’s name before you spend a dime. See what others
have to say.

It may save you lot’s of time and probably even some
money.

And if your little $19.95 purchase starts turning into
a $5000+ purchase, take your VISA card and run.

Now if you are already convinced you would already
like to join MY Probate Real Estate parade in 2010,
here’s where you can get more info.

But before you do just for kicks, Google my name…

See what others think about my courses.

I don’t think I’m taking much of a chance as I have
read most of my reviews and the only negative one
I can find was written by a guy who bought my book,
then wrote a similar one on Probate Real Estate and
promotes it by knocking mine.

Hmmmmm……hardly seems fair, huh?

Welcome to the Internet.

Tomorrow I will be announcing information about
my first “tool” that I promised you for 2010 so be
sure to read my message.

I’ll give you a hint. Because this tool will be so exclusive
only a small percentage of the folks who
will get my new letters will be able to take
advantage of this first tool.
.
You might not want to dilly-dally about reading
tomorrows message.
