My neighbor finds probate real estate for sale and buys it. I've asked him several questions about it because I find buying probate real estate properties very interesting. When I asked him how he learned how to do this he said that the JG Banks institute taught him everything he needed to know. I'd never heard of JG Banks or buying probate real estate properties before, but he sure makes a good living doing it. I never imagined there would be so much probate real estate for sale out there. He sure is lucky he learned so much from JG Banks and is able to find the perfect probate real estate for sale.
