Probate property has been a great investment f or me.  Some of the probate property I buy I resell and make a profit.  There is some probate property that I have bought and put some time and money into and have kept it but have rented it out which is giving me a monthly income.  I am going to buy another piece of probate property this month and keep use it for my family’s home.  We will be paying cash for this probate property and will not have a mortgage.  My wife could not be happier.
