Highly motivated sellers are what you will find with most real estate probate properties. So buying probate real estate properties is a great place to start. The ones handling the estate usually have no use f or the probate properties. We have been buying and selling probate real estate properties for years and we have done very well. It looks as if we may be able to retire at age 53. When we retire we will still be buying probate real estate.
