I want to find probate real estate

I have recently become interested in probate real estate investing and am looking to purchase my first probate real estate. I’m not sure how to find probate real estate so I’m going to meet with a friend who is already involved in probate real estate investing. I have some extra funds that I’ve wanted to invest and I think probate real estate is the perfect opportunity for me. Once I meet with my friend and learn more about probate real estate I’ll be ready to start. I’m hoping to find probate real estate I’m interested in by the end of the month so I can begin probate real estate investing.
