My aunt wants to buy probate real estate. She doesn't have to work, but needs something to keep her busy. She wants to find probate real estate and then sell it to make a substantial profit. My uncle isn't sure if he wants her to buy probate property on a regular basis. He told her to buy one probate property and see how it goes before investing in more than one. Once my aunt is able to find probate real estate that she's interested in, she will buy the probate real estate and prove she knows what she is doing.
