We buy probate property and do some repairs and turn around and sell it f or a profit. We have done this with 7 probate properties to date. With all 7 probate properties that we have sold we made over $63,000. When we buy the probate property we try to make sure that it does not need a lot of work so we can turn around and sell the property quickly. We have completed all seven within 13 months. Not bad for extra income. We have suggested to friends that they should also buy probate property and turn them around also. We would be happy to help them find probate properties that are available.
